Meet Grace

I’m glad you are here.

Reaching out for therapy is not always easy, and finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges. Whether you are feeling anxious, stuck, or simply looking for a place to process what’s on your mind, we will work together to help you move toward the life you want to live.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, caregiver stress, burnout, and the ongoing pressure of managing complex responsibilities. Clients do not need to arrive with fully formed goals; part of our work together is clarifying what matters most and identifying a path forward at a pace that feels manageable.

My clinical approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with an emphasis on practical application and collaboration. Rather than applying a fixed structure, I tailor treatment to each person’s needs, focusing on strategies that feel relevant and sustainable in everyday life.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth therapy to clients in Colorado, Michigan, and Oregon. My experience in medical social work has given me a deep appreciation for how physical health, emotional well-being, and life’s unexpected challenges intersect. I aim to help clients build practical tools they can carry beyond our sessions.

The name True North Mental Health Therapy reflects my belief that everyone has an internal compass. Life’s challenges can make it difficult to see the direction you want to go, but you do not have to find your way alone. Therapy can help you reconnect with your values, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence.

If you are ready to take the next step, I would be honored to work with you. I look forward to meeting you.
